 Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in e-commerce, online customer service, social media engagement, livestream support, or online sales support is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website chat systems, and social media messaging platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
  • Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in interacting and engaging with customers online. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital and e-commerce environment. 
  • Good multitasking, problem-solving, and coordination skills. 
  • Positive attitude, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and online business tools.

We are looking for a digitally savvy and customer-focused individual to support customer engagement, online sales conversion, and daily operations across social media, website, and e -commerce platforms.  

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced online business environment and enjoy interacting with customers through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Online Sales

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, messages, comments, and live chats across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Assist customers throughout their buying journey to improve online sales conversion.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, order issues, and after-sales follow-up professionally.

E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website, and other online platforms.
  • Coordinate with customers, retailers, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer engagement and support customer retention initiatives.

AI Chatbot & Digital Support

  • Set up, monitor, and optimise automated chatbot replies and customer interaction flows.
  • Assist in training and improving AI chatbot responses to enhance customer experience.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
