Job Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV and alarm signals through the Central Monitoring System.
Respond promptly to alarm events according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Answer incoming calls and provide basic customer support.
Notify customers, security personnel, or the relevant authorities when required.
Record and update incident reports accurately.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams when necessary.
ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the monitoring centre.
Requirements
SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & data entry).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, attentive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added
advantage.
