Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Troubleshoot customer issues via calls, chat, email, and screensharing
• Resolve application and platform-related technical problems
• Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (APAC, EMEA, Americas cycles)
• Support global customers with timely issue resolution
• Follow support processes and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution
• Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
