Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP PM implementation and support activities across multiple business units.
- Configure and support SAP PM master data including Functional Location, Equipment Master, Work Center, Task List, Revision, and Measuring Points.
- Handle Notification Management processes including configuration, workflow, and integration with maintenance orders.
- Manage Preventive Maintenance processes such as Single Cycle Plans, Strategy-Based Maintenance Plans, Scheduling Parameters, and Deadline Monitoring.
- Support Maintenance Order Management including Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Calibration Maintenance processes.
- Work on Status Management for Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
- Coordinate SAP PM integrations with third-party tools and external systems.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements.
- Perform testing and validation of new functionalities and system enhancements.
- Monitor support ticket queues and ensure issue resolution within SLA timelines.
- Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide effective communication throughout project execution.
