Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources such as compute instances, storage, VCN, and databases.
  • Provide L2 support for cloud-related incidents and escalate complex issues to L3 teams.
  • Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud services.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure using OCI monitoring tools and resolve performance alerts.
  • Configure and manage IAM policies, users, roles, and access controls.
  • Perform patching, updates, and security maintenance of cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, and performance issues in OCI.
  • Assist in automation using Shell scripting, Python, and Terraform.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity processes.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with L3 teams and cross-functional stakeholders for issue resolution.
