岗位职责

  • Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to delivery and closure
  • Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for website development planning
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as system architecture, user manuals, and release notes
  • Facilitate communication between development, QA, and business teams
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, CI/CD pipeline setup, and release management
  • Lead integration efforts across systems ensuring seamless data flow
  • Support architectural design discussions and technology recommendations
  • Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and project timelines
