Key Responsibilities

• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security, and data governance
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
• Manage integration between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Establish and maintain DevOps processes including CI/CD, version control, and automation testing
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, policies, and user guides
• Support large-scale Salesforce implementations with high transaction volumes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Salesforce-related issues
• Ensure system stability and operational efficiency
• Implement monitoring and deployment strategies for Salesforce environments
