Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of at least 2-3 applications, good client communication skills, stakeholder management ability.
• Have good technical knowledge in Pega with the ability to take Architectural decisions and solutioning. Additionally, domain experience in Airlines is good to have. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving techno-functional excellence and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall project delivery and ensure delivery schedule is adhered
• Prepare delivery schedule, effort and cost based on the client requirements and provide walkthrough of client on the same
• Project Manager will be liable to achieve client sign-off on schedule, effort and cost presented
• Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders
• Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks
• Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Tracks and manages product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task break-down
• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Responsible to provide architectural solutions and do hands on with the team members to deliver technical requirement in Pega.

Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of project end-to-end delivery
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience: 9 - 12yrs.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to motivate IT staff
• Logical problem solver who can operate under constraints
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks

Certification(s) Required
