Role Description This is an on-site, contract to hire Technical Recruiter role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and coordinating the interview and selection process. The role also involves managing offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Recruiting and Hiring to effectively identify, assess, and secure suitable technical talent.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and represent the company professionally.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and online sourcing tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics are advantageous.
• Prior experience recruiting for IT or technology roles and familiarity with the local talent market in Malaysia is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
