The SuccessFactors Architect is a strategic IT professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet organizational HR and business objectives. This role collaborates with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical specialists to ensure that SuccessFactors modules are configured and integrated in alignment with business processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and roadmap of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including Employee Central, Talent Management, and other modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define systems architecture, data flows, and integration points with other enterprise applications.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration blueprints, and configuration guides.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.
- Advise on system upgrades, patches, and ongoing improvements, ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and data security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to system architecture, integrations, and data migration.
- Keep abreast of SAP SuccessFactors product updates and emerging technologies, proactively recommending innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in SAP SuccessFactors architecture, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with hands-on experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Proficiency in system integration (SAP and non-SAP systems), middleware, and API technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management) highly desirable.
- Experience with global rollouts and multi-country HR landscapes is an advantage.
