Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd Hiring! Full Time Tender Engineer (M-E-C-S) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

RBC Water Sdn. Bhd. is looking for experienced and motivated Engineers to join our Project Team. This role supports the Project Manager in engineering design, tender preparation, project execution, technical coordination, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment projects.

We are seeking candidates with expertise in either:

• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or
• Civil & Structural Engineering.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engineering solutions that meet project requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and client satisfaction.

Engineering Design & Project Execution

• Prepare engineering designs, calculations, technical reports, specifications and construction drawings.
• Support engineering proposals, tenders and cost estimation.
• Coordinate engineering activities throughout design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and resolve engineering issues on site.
• Review contractor and supplier technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities throughout project execution.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, statutory regulations, ISO requirements and safety standards.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare engineering progress reports and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the engineering team.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

• Design water and wastewater treatment processes and mechanical systems.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications and process calculations.
• Perform process analysis and optimize treatment performance.
• Support equipment selection, testing, commissioning and operator training.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Instrumentation disciplines.

Civil & Structural Engineering

• Design reinforced concrete and structural steel structures for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Prepare structural calculations, foundation design, retaining walls, drainage and infrastructure layouts.
• Review geotechnical reports and coordinate foundation solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and review shop drawings.
• Ensure structural works comply with Malaysian Standards, Eurocodes and project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in M&E or CIvil Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in engineering design, construction and project execution.
• Familiar with engineering standards, construction practices and safety requirements.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract is an advantage.
