On-Site Work Management

• Workforce Supervision: Directing, scheduling, and delegating tasks to construction laborers and specialized subcontractors.
• Progress Tracking: Monitoring daily progress against project timelines and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.
• Drawing Interpretation: Translating architectural plans, blueprints, and construction drawings into clear field execution steps.
• Logistics & Materials: Ordering, verifying, and tracking building supplies and machinery to prevent project bottlenecks.

Safety & Compliance Enforcements

• Risk Management: Conducting regular site inspections to detect, eliminate, or report immediate safety hazards.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensuring all on-site personnel wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow safety laws.
• Incident Response: Handling on-site accidents, filling out incident reports, and administering basic first aid when necessary.

Quality Control & Documentation

• Technical Compliance: Inspecting finished structural and civil works to confirm they align with approved designs and quality metrics.
• Defect Management: Identifying sub-standard workmanship, logging defects, and overseeing necessary corrective modifications.
• Site Documentation: Completing accurate daily site diaries, workforce attendance logs, and photographic progress updates.

Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

• Progress Reporting: Updating Project Managers, Site Engineers, and clients regarding project constraints or milestones.
• Meeting Attendance: Participating in coordination meetings with vendors, main contractors, and consultants to solve site conflicts.
• Issue Resolution: Managing disputes or conflicts that surface between different sub-contractors on the ground.
