Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & API Design

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions using best practices.
• Implement API-led connectivity and ensure efficient, secure, and scalable API design.
• Develop and support real-time, event-driven, and batch-based integrations.
• Work with Boomi API Management, optimizing API performance and security.

Third-Level Support & Troubleshooting

• Act as an escalation point for complex integration issues, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and resolution working in collaboration with other internal IT teams and support vendors.
• Implement and refine error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for proactive issue identification.
• Optimize Boomi processes for high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Documentation & Best Practices

• Develop and maintain best-in-class documentation, including technical designs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Define and promote standards for API development, error handling, and integration architecture.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance on integration patterns and frameworks.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation, ensuring efficient deployment of integration solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in integration and API management.
• Assist the Integration Lead in Informing, creating awareness and educating other business teams consuming integrations on integration and API best practices
