ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Creative Designer to produce the materials our sales efforts run on — physical collateral (catalogs, flyers, price sheets) for outbound prospecting, and short-form videos for inbound awareness. Strategic direction and target demographics will be provided. Your job is execution: turning that direction into compelling, well-crafted materials that get our products in front of the right buyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Printed Sales Materials
This is the backbone of our outbound B2B sales effort. The materials you produce are what gets left behind after a meeting, dropped into a letterbox, or handed over at a trade counter. They need to be professional, practical, and designed to be read quickly by a busy business owner. Below are the common types of materials employed by our company:
2. Short-Form videos
Our social media presence (TikTok, Instagram Reels) drives inbound leads. Videos do not need to be cinematic. They need to be clear, well-edited, and relevant to a B2B audience that is time-poor and practically minded.
3. Supporting Digital Materials

HOW TO APPLY
Send the following to ************* with the subject: 'YuVin Media Designer'
1. A brief introduction — who you are and why this role suits you (5 sentences max)
2. Portfolio samples — specifically:
3. Tools you use — list your design and video editing software
If you don't have an F&B-specific portfolio, any print collateral or product-focused content is acceptable — we care about craft and commercial sense, not industry experience.
Shortlisting timeline: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates contacted within 5 working days. Target onboarding within 2–3 weeks of posting.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
This is a defined, execution-focused role — but it is also the foundation of something bigger. As YuVin’s product range and customer base grows, so does the volume and complexity of the materials required. A strong performer in this role will naturally follow this trajectory in their first 9 months:
Month 1–3: Probation period
Your first priority is building the core asset library: master product catalog, price sheets by category, branded quotation template, and a reusable flyer suite. These are the materials our sales effort runs on — getting the print collateral right takes precedence. Although video output is lighter during this phase, experimentation with different formats is encouraged to see what converts. Expect close collaboration with the founder as you learn the product range and brand preferences.
Month 4–6: Find the rhythm
With the library in place, the monthly workflow kicks in properly. Regular flyer rotations, consistent video output, and your first independent catalog update. By this point you should need less direction, not more. The best sign at this stage: you start flagging things before we ask — a price that changed, a product that still doesn't have its own flyer. That proactive quality is what we're watching for.
Month 7 – 9: Work With Autonomy
At this stage, the conversation starts to shift. Instead of 'here's what I need,' it becomes 'here's what we're trying to achieve — you tell me what materials make sense.' You'll have built the templates, learned the product range, and earned the trust. Your input on execution becomes a genuine part of how we plan. A rate review will usually happen around this time for strong performers. We reward consistency and quality — not tenure alone.
