Role Description

The Assistant Loss Prevention Manager plays a critical role in protecting the hotel’s assets, guests, and employees by preventing theft, fraud, and damage. This position involves monitoring hotel premises, conducting security patrols, investigating suspicious incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies. The ideal candidate is vigilant, detail-oriented, and experienced in hotel security operations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel assets.
• Lead and motivate the Loss Prevention team.
• Maintain effective security and loss prevention operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in security or loss prevention, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate a security team effectively.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of security systems, CCTV monitoring, and safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
