HICOM Diecastings Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support our growing manufacturing operations. If you are passionate about people management, compliance, and driving HR initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Support manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR support to Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
