Responsibilities

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, and drive go-to-market sales strategies for the Malaysia market.
  • Own and expand the sales pipeline, with full accountability for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deliver against sales targets by executing effective strategies to grow market share.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to strengthen KooDoo’s brand presence and market awareness.
  • Understand client objectives and design tailored solutions that align with or exceed business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Gather and share market insights and client feedback to support product enhancement and ecosystem development.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Set clear team goals, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with company objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven, and collaborative team culture.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales strategy discussions.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of Business Development team members.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and management updates.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and proper sales documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within E-Commerce, SaaS, or Internet-related industries with 2+ years lead a team experiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the digital or online commerce space.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven and ownership mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Social Commerce, or SaaS or GaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the E-Commerce and technology sector will be a strong plus.

Pay: RM12,000.00 per month
