Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with seating or room allocation and respond promptly to their requests.
• Serve food, beverages, and other orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of customer areas, private rooms, workstations, and service equipment.
• Prepare service areas before opening and assist with closing procedures at the end of each shift.
• Clear and reset tables or private rooms after customers leave.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally; escalate complaints to the Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager when necessary.
• Assist in promoting membership programs, ongoing promotions, and company services.
• Monitor inventory of service supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in training sessions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
