Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Recruitment

  • Source and lead candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and manage the scheduling process.
  • Prepare and propose salary offers to select candidates.
  • Facilitate pre-employment medical check-ups.
  • Monitor hiring progress and report on duty status.
  • Manage onboarding emails and documents for new hires.
  • Maintain FTE reporting on current headcount.
  • Provide weekly recruitment reports and updates, focusing on nursing recruitment.
  • Participate in outstation career fairs to promote job openings.
  • Actively participate in Company social media and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organization

2) Attendance

  • Provide weekly report and email the attendance to HOD’s
  • Generate and customize attendance report

3) Administrative Support & Employee Engagement

  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, coordinating staff birthdays, event announcements, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of staff ID cards, uniforms, and onboarding kits for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews, document feedback, and provide insights on staff retention and engagement opportunities.
  • Maintain and monitor records related to exit processes, ensuring timely collection of all company property and completion of departure formalities.
  • Lead digitalization projects to transition personal files and HR records to electronic formats, improving accessibility and security.
  • Manage CKAPS licensing and APC documentation requirements for healthcare staff, ensuring all credentials are current and accessible.
  • Facilitate team-building events, coordinate staff engagement initiatives, and create sourcing strategies for potential candidates.

4) Medical Benefit

  • Weekly update listing for new joiners & resignation to IA & AIA
  • Verify monthly claim for IA
  • Update & keep track list of immunisation Hepatitis B & Antigen for staff

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resource or related field OR minimum of 1 years working experience in HR.
  • Experience working in a Healthcare Industry is an added advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken of Bahasa and English
  • High ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
