About the Role

Love sales, events, and meeting people? Join Photobook Worldwide as a Business Development Executive (Events), where you'll drive business growth while bringing exciting events to life. From corporate activations and weddings to festivals and school events, you'll manage the entire event journey—from securing clients to ensuring flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, event planners, schools, and public events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and manage payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate end-to-end event planning, including logistics, equipment, stock, and manpower.
• Lead on-site event operations, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and dismantling.
• Manage part-timers, freelancers, and vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
• Prepare post-event reports, track sales performance, and support customer follow-ups and retention initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for sales, events, and customer engagement.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and travel for events when required.
• Experience in event management, sales, or business development is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
