As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Area Manager to oversee outlet operations and ensure consistent service excellence across all locations.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to manage multiple outlets and ensure smooth daily operations, strong team performance, and consistent customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to step in and support outlet operations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets around Klang Valley.
  • Set performance targets and KPIs for outlet supervisors and ensure achievement of sales and operational goals.
  • Monitor and analyse daily/weekly outlet performance reports (sales, manpower, service quality, and productivity).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to outlet supervisors.
  • Train and develop supervisors and staff to improve performance and service standards.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance across all outlets.
  • Conduct outlet inspections and audits to maintain operational quality and brand standards.
  • Support marketing and operational initiatives to improve outlet performance and profitability.
  • Step in to assist or cover outlet operations during manpower shortages or urgent situations.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement improvement strategies across outlets.
  • Report directly to the Operations/Management Team on outlet performance and issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to be hands-on and support outlet operations when required.
  • Must be willing to travel between outlets.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment, including weekends if required.
