Responsibilities

Job Description

  • To process orders, preparing order trading margin, to preparing price list and brochures, ensure all document file/scan to share folders correctly.
  • To review and monitor for Export related matter with factory on the following: a) Issues on samples (request samples and pack samples), document for MOH/FDA registration, ingredient listing, nutritional fact data, pricing, purchase requisition and others. b) Outstanding artworks from internal team for submission to customers.
  • To ensure pricing received on time and have access to share folder to retrieve updated pricing, MOQ production run in order to prepare price list to quote customer.
  • To handle some incoming enquiry, customer service with airports transfer/hotel pick up, meals with customers, market visits with customers.
  • On complaint, to issue complaint to marketing department and liaise with customer to retrieve affected product samples and to ensure timely sending QA investigation report to customer; and update the summary of complaint.
  • To prepare fulfilment report, weekly report, monthly report, customer’s report and PRF summary report.
  • To monitor and packing of POS Material and Samples for container loading or courier.
  • Attending to yearly customer survey form by sending and follow up feedback with customers
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • . Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales support experience in FMCG industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast pace and demanding environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
