1. Accountant

Role Overview:

As our Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, and process improvements to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

· Oversee tax filings, SST returns, and compliance with local regulations.

· Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on cost control, profitability, and operational efficiency.

· Liaise with auditors and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

· Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.

· Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.

· Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.

· Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

· Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and lead financial initiatives.
