• We are looking for a warm, confident and guest-focused Front Office Assistant who can create a welcoming first impression and support a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicates well in Mandarin, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving hotel environment.
• What You Will Do:- Welcome guests professionally and assist with check-in, check-out and general front office enquiries.
• Communicate clearly with Mandarin-speaking guests and support a smooth guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and basic front office administrative duties accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, Security and other departments to resolve guest needs promptly.
• Maintain proper guest records, shift handover notes and front office documentation.-
• Handle guest feedback or concerns with patience, courtesy and professionalism.
• Support upselling opportunities and promote hotel facilities, services and offers where appropriate.
• Maintain grooming, service standards and front office presentation at all times.

Requirements:

• Able to speak Mandarin and with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Previous hotel front office, guest service, reception or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and language ability may also be considered.
• Comfortable with shift work, weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant personality, good grooming and strong service mindset.
• Able to remain calm, polite and helpful when handling guest requests or complaints.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
