Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, leading and developing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered. This role manages inventory, financial performance, staff scheduling, and overall store presentation while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Store Manager is expected to drive operational excellence and support business performance across one or multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
- Guide and support the team in delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Monitor stock levels daily and ensure sufficient supplies for operations and special events
- Conduct regular stocktakes and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Promote the full range of signature beverages to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Manage financial operations with integrity, including cash handling, reporting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
- Plan, create, and manage staff work schedules effectively
- Provide operational oversight across multiple outlets when required
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; Degree is an added advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry
- Proven experience in store or outlet management is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in inventory management and basic financial handling
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
