Responsibilities
URGENT HIRING. WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED AAE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO WORK WITH OUR ESTEEMED COMPANY.
Position: Admin and Accounts Executive
Location: Sungai Buloh
Requirements;
1. At least 2 years of working experience in the Property Management field.
JD;
1. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper office document records
2. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper account-related documentation
3. Liaise with the service provider, local authority, and financial institution
4. Assist the Building Manager with operations, administration, and finance
5. Assist the Accounts Manager on account-related matters
6. Able to write minutes of a meeting would be an added advantage
7. Generate billing and send it out to the purchasers
8. Sending a reminder to the defaulters
9. Issue a receipt after payment is received
10. Responsible for general office administration
11. Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
12. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by a superior
