Responsibilities
You are responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic customer relationships within the midstream business. You will focus on revenue growth, account retention, commercial / profitability optimization, and long-term partnership development .
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while acting as the main point of contact and understanding customer business needs.
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, executing account strategies, managing pricing, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any customer or operational issues.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights on customer demand, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to align commercial and operational priorities.
Deliver on performance targets by managing forecasts, tracking account results, and reporting risks and opportunities
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Civil/Structure Engineer, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience with proven record in B2B business environment industry - construction or heavy industry.
Strong understanding of Malaysia’s construction industry and Midstream infrastructure and operations.
