Key Accountabilities
- Assist and report to the BM/ABM/SBE/BE on all matters related to the operations and maintenance of the assigned development.
- Ensure proper handling and timely issuance of billings and statements of account in accordance with Internal Standard Operating Procedures (ISOP).
- Monitor and manage collection efforts, including controlling defaulters and issuing reminders for overdue payments in line with statutory requirements.
- Attend to and resolve all owners’ and residents’ complaints (verbal and written) promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISOP requirements at the site level.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) for the respective development.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the superior, in line with the company’s objectives and the scope of the role.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any field / High School Certificate (Experienced)
- Total Work Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Knowledge of administration processes
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships with division staff and customers
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
