Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
a) Perform general filing of documents assigned by various departments.
b) Sort and distribute incoming mails.
c) Liaise with Immigration Department and relevant authorities on foreign worker permits, renewals, and related applications.
d) Ensure foreign workers’ work permits, visas, and passports are valid and up to date.
e) Ensure foreign worker hostels comply with government regulations and health & safety requirements.
f) Assist in the renewal and upkeep of company licenses and statutory submissions.
g) Upkeep proper record maintenance of staff attendance, leaves, medical attentions, overtime.
h) Check punch cards to process staff attendance, overtime, etc.
i) Conduct monthly spot check on workers’ lockers, bags, etc, or whenever necessary.
j) Carry out monthly audit on foreign workers’ hostels.
k) Support HODs and management in HR/admin-related matters as required.
l) Assisted in processing Purchase Orders (PO).
m) Familiar with HRDF claims and documentation.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
