Job Summary
To manage and support the overall Human Resource & Administration functions of the company with committed, organized and proactive approach. This role is responsible for payroll administration, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee records management, HR documentation, training administration, foreign worker management and HR operational matters.
Posses good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices, with the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR & administrative operations.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare full spectrum of the monthly payroll, including payroll calculation, allowance, OT claims, claims etc and keep record all employee personal details and payroll records.
- Responsible for Recruitment and Selection function to ensure sufficient on-time fulfillment of manpower requirement.
- Formulate & implement HR Policies & Procedures. E.g Induction Program, confirmation, transfer, resign handling etc.
- Implement best practices that will upkeep work discipline and team spirit in the company.
- Foreign worker management including quota application and permit renewal.
- Coordinate employee training programs and HRDC application, liase with training provider and monitor completion status.
- Assist in organizing company activities such as Company Dinner, Team Building etc.
Jo Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource & Administration.
- Strong knowledge in payroll processing and Malaysian statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and Employment Act.
- Familiar with payroll systems such as Info-Tech.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet datelines.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
