Job Description
Responsibilities
· Able to handle full set of accounts independently with minimum supervision.
· Able to coordinate and liaise with the auditor and tax agents
· Handle e-invoicing tasks in compliance with LHDN requirements, including validation, portal submission, and troubleshooting of rejected invoices.
· Perform daily bank transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
· Prepare financial reports in compliance
· Perform tax computations and submissions for SST Tax and government authorities to ensure compliance.
· Verify staff claims and supplier invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
· Prepare and submit statutory filings including Form E, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
· Process monthly payroll and maintain employee records.
· Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, and quotation submission.
· Work closely with various departments to provide HR support
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar account cum administrative role, preferably in a small to medium-sized organisation.
· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
· Knowledge of payroll systems and HR-related statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and employment regulations.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Experience in Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
