Job Description: Engineer

Position Overview:

The Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining water pumps, water filters, and related systems. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, overseeing installation projects, and providing ongoing maintenance and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

· Design and develop water pump and water filtration systems based on client specifications.

· Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.

· Develop detailed engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Project Management:

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation projects from start to finish.

· Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

· Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Installation and Maintenance:

· Supervise the installation of water pumps, water filters, and related equipment.

· Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of installed systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation or maintenance.

Technical Support:

· Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and service reports.

· Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new technologies as appropriate.

Quality Control and Compliance:

· Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

· Conduct quality control inspections and tests on products and systems.

· Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures.

Customer Service:

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical advice and solutions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

· Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Professional engineering certification or licensure is a plus.

Experience:

· Proven experience as an engineer in the water pump, water filtration, or a related industry.

· Experience in project management and overseeing installation projects.

Skills:

· Strong technical knowledge of water pumps, water filters, and related systems.

· Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
