DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging customer’s feedback and and resolving customer’s complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Planning, managing and maintaining all e-commerce platform including company website, Facebook, Instagram and related advertising related application.
• Feedback / comments relating to wellness packages content and pricing and able to match appropriate wellness packages to client’s requirements.
• To support hospital promotion and event planning.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned and to undertake ad-hoc and special project as assigned by the Superior and Management.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or any related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Matured and pleasant personality
• Customer oriented, dedicated & meticulous in work
• With or without experience will be considered
• Can work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
