• 通过电话、电子邮件、万豪官方渠道及合作伙伴处理客房预订。
• 准确处理新预订、修改、取消及宾客特殊需求。
• 确保所有预订资料准确录入系统，并及时更新相关信息。
• 及时、专业及礼貌地回复宾客咨询，提供准确的客房、房价及酒店服务资讯。
• 根据宾客需求推荐合适的房型、配套及促销优惠，并积极进行客房升级销售。
• 与前厅部、客房部、行政酒廊及其他相关部门协调贵宾抵店、团队预订及特殊安排。
• 确保付款担保、账务安排及宾客偏好准确记录及传达。
• 维护宾客资料的准确性及保密性。
• 遵守万豪品牌标准、酒店政策及部门作业流程。
• 提供专业、细心及个性化的服务，为宾客创造卓越的预订体验。

Reservation Agent

• Handle room reservations via telephone, email, Marriott booking channels and travel partners.
• Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations and special requests accurately.
• Ensure all reservation details are entered correctly and updated in the reservation system.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly, professionally and courteously while providing accurate information on room types, rates and hotel services.
• Recommend suitable room types, packages and promotions while maximizing upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, group bookings and special requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, Executive Lounge and other relevant departments.
• Ensure payment guarantees, billing instructions and guest preferences are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of guest information.
• Comply with Marriott brand standards, hotel policies and departmental procedures.
• Deliver professional, personalized and memorable reservation experiences that reflect the luxury standards of JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur.
