About The Company

The Company is a fast-growing technology firm building data and AI products for enterprise and public-sector clients across Malaysia and ASEAN. We're hiring our foundation team and need a skilled Project Manager to own client mandates and internal delivery workstreams from day one.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, track, and deliver client projects and internal workstreams across technology, AI, product, and operations. You'll own project documentation, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance — and you'll be the single point of accountability for keeping projects on time, in scope, and within budget.

This is a hands-on role with direct visibility to leadership and clients. You'll work cross-functionally with technical teams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders to translate client requirements into executed projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop project charters, plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for client mandates and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between Technology, AI, Product, Solutions, Operations, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests — escalate issues and manage dependencies.
• Prepare and present status reports, steering committee packs, and closure reports for leadership and client review.
• Support client meetings, kick-offs, implementation planning, and post-go-live reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables are reviewed, accepted, and archived.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in project management, consulting delivery, technology projects, data projects, or public/financial-sector delivery.
• Strong command of project documentation, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
• Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving team with ambiguous requirements and evolving priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, data platform, or analytics project delivery.
• Exposure to government or regulated environments.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners.
