Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience in HR and payroll is an advantage

- Familiar with HRMS systems (Info-Tech preferred)

- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements

- Good organizational and communication skills

- Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently

JOB SCOPE

- Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, employment contracts and etc.

- Manage Info-Tech HRMS system for staff attendance, leave management, and payslip generation.

- Ensure accuracy of data in the system including attendance, overtime, and leave records.

- Generate reports from HRMS for management review when required.

- Support payroll processing including verification of attendance, overtime, and allowances. HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund), EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, PCB (LHDN)

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.

- Aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.

- Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staffs;

- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, all types of leaves;

- Payroll management, preparation and payment;

- Manage and prepare documentation for Director Claim & Petty Cash.

- Coordinate in training arrangement with related parties;

- Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provides administrative support

- Manage company panel clinic matters including registration, updates, and staff usage.

- Handle staff medical claims, benefits, and welfare-related matters.

- Assist in organizing employee engagement or welfare activities.

- Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries

- Handles disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute mediation in compliance of company policies and government regulations when necessary

- Actively involved in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

- Adheres to and follow company policies and procedures;

- Foreign workers intake procedures;

- Perform any other HR or administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time
