Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process.
• Support interview coordination and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Learn to interpret job requirements and assist in effective talent matching.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to ongoing recruitment projects and campaigns.
