Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing store performance and acts as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) in their absence. This role ensures the team meets daily operational targets, maintains compliance, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and workflow management.
- Act as the PIC when the Store Manager is not present.Manage stock ordering, replenishment, and supplier coordination.
- Track and monitor the store’s five key performance indicators (KPIs) — including cup productions sales, customer satisfaction, waste control, QA/QC, and compliance.
- Support training, coaching, and performance evaluation for shift supervisors and baristas.
- Uphold Luckin Coffee’s service standards and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Local Malaysian only.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Comprehensive understanding of coffee operations and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on people development.
- Analytical ability to monitor and act on performance KPIs.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
