We are a premium mobility company specializing in luxury vehicle rentals, chauffeur services, and corporate transportation. We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Automotive Operations Executive to ensure our daily operations run efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle availability, driver scheduling, deliveries, and collections
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, checking cleanliness, mileage, fuel levels, and damages
- Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor and renew insurance, road tax, PUSPAKOM, and APAD licenses before expiry
- Track vehicle GPS and ensure driver compliance with company procedures
- Check and manage vehicle summons (MyBayar/MyJPJ) and process customer deposit releases
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance with workshops
- Maintain and update operational records, including booking trackers, vehicle logbooks, and sales reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
- Available for after-hours support when necessary
- Experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or automotive-related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
- Knowledge of JPJ, PUSPAKOM, insurance, and road tax procedures is an advantage
