OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Program development: Develop, write, validate and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam)

· Machining operation: Set up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts according to drawing and specifications.

· Quality control: Collaborate with quality team to ensure that all produced parts meet the required standards and specifications.

· Problem solving: Lead to resolve any technical issues arise regarding machining processes for production including CAPA.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· Strong knowledge on CADCAM – CADCAM programming (Mastercam), 3 & 5 axis vertical milling processes.

· Strong convincing and persuasion skills (working with senior and experienced CNC operators)

· Knowledge about metal fabrication, especially machining.

· Determine optimal machining strategies, speeds, feeds, and tool selections to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
