Join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in sourcing quality materials, developing strategic supplier partnerships, and driving cost-effective procurement to support our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source materials and components based on BOM, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, and supplier documentation.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and lead times.
- Manage supplier performance, conduct vendor evaluations, and support supplier audits.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain accurate supplier records, price lists, and Oracle ERP data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability and project success.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain, or SPM with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in material or supply management within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
- Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
