Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, service quality, and continuous improvement across all logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service quality

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, storage, and distribution activities

  • Ensure all operations are performed in compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Take full ownership of operational performance across all functions

Performance & KPI Management

  • Drive operational performance, productivity, and achievement of KPIs

  • Prepare and monitor monthly performance reports and key metrics

  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvement initiatives

  • Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

People & Resource Management

  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

  • Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and discipline

  • Develop a high-performance team culture with strong accountability

Inventory & Process Management

  • Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management

  • Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound activities to meet operational timelines

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

  • Implement and enforce operational and safety procedures

  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations

  • Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process enhancement

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management (for senior-level role)

  • At least 5–8 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience with supervisory responsibilities

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

  • Proven ability in strategic planning and operational execution

  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics systems

  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and performance metrics

  • Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
