Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Clinic Assistant to support our healthcare team in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register patients and manage appointments.
- Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and procedures.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
- Manage billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of consultation rooms and clinic facilities.
- Assist with stock monitoring and inventory management.
- Follow clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
