About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing an excellent experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Greet, register, and check in patients for their appointments.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up bookings.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Take and process dental radiographs (where permitted and trained).
• Prepare dental materials and instruments for procedures.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Process payments and handle basic administrative and reception duties when required.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering dental supplies.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
