Jobs Responsibilities:
Support sales team and channel partners on infrastructure opportunities.
Provide technical training and ongoing support to channel partners and internal sales teams.
Understand customer requirements and design suitable infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, networking, HCI, backup, disaster recovery, hybrid cloud).
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
Work closely with vendors on solution design and updates.
Jobs Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Good technical knowledge in infrastructure technologies (SAN, virtualization, compute, storage, backup & DR).
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following vendors is highly preferred: Dell, HPE, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Nutanix or equivalent.
Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
