We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving people initiatives, and making a meaningful impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers and business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and workplace matters.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Support remuneration reviews, KPI processes, benefits administration, and payroll governance.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Hong Kong employment legislation and company standards.
Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary processes when required.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and business performance.
Actively support Regional HR Activities.
About You
Minimum 7 years' HR experience in Hong Kong, including partnering with managers and business leaders.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
Degree-qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR reporting is preferred.
Exposure to Regional employment practices would be advantageous.
