Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculations and payments
2. Review and validate payroll data, including attendance records and other relevant information to ensure accuracy and compliance
3. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements related to payroll administration
4. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend appropriate changes or enhancements to payroll policies and procedures
5. Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data and ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times
6. Support routine function of HR / Admin department
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws. More experience will be considered as HR & Admin Supervisor.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent knowledge of payroll-related laws, regulations, and best practices
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer.
