Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer complaints, provide professional solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with clients to strengthen brand reputation;
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively;
• Review and optimize customer service processes regularly to enhance efficiency;
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, prepare reports, and propose improvement strategies.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, with proven complaint-handling experience;
• Capable of analyzing issues quickly and providing feasible solutions;
• Able to remain professional under pressure;
• Strong command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; calm, rational, and empathetic communication style.
