Role Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements across AML/KYC initiatives
• Analyze and enhance workflows for Name Screening, SoW review, Transaction Monitoring, and CLM
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and go-live of compliance tools
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and respond to AML/KYC-related queries

Job Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Strong domain knowledge of AML/KYC and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like Actimize, Fircosoft, Fenergo, or ComplyAdvantage is a plus
• Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
