Job Summary
Do you love design, structures, and hands-on creativity? Join us as a Freelance Architecture Instructor to introduce children (ages 6–12) to the fascinating world of architecture and design! This is a great opportunity for architecture students, educators, or creative individuals who want to share their passion with young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons: Guide children through model-building, creative design thinking, and basic architectural concepts using fun, age-appropriate materials.
• Encourage problem-solving: Help students think critically about shapes, balance, and structures.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment: Ensure students learn through exploration and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the team: Work with coordinators and fellow instructors to ensure class success.
• Represent our mission: Inspire curiosity and creativity in design and construction.

Key Requirements

• Background or strong interest in architecture, design, or engineering.
• Enjoy working with children and supporting hands-on learning.
• Responsible, organized, and confident leading small groups.
• Willing to travel to various school locations across Singapore.
• Willing to undergo a background check (required for school settings).
• Must be available on Mondays and able to commit for a minimum term of 6 months (excluding school holidays).

Interview & Selection Process
Candidates will undergo a 3-stage interview process:

• Initial Screening & Group Stage (Video Call) – Short virtual interview and group discussion.
• Face-to-Face Session & Trial Lesson Plan Delivery – Meet in person, receive training, and deliver a short demo segment.
• Tryout Class (Final Review) – Conduct a supervised class session for final evaluation.

Training Provided
Lesson materials and instructor training will be provided.
